"It would be nice if you added a facility to give a gratuity to the local florist (delivery). If they do good work I want to reward them. The handshake in customer support is really bad -- the phone line dropped me into spanish language tree after selecting English. I spent more time in support calls then in ordering the product -- try and test your system and see if you can get your own support as an English speaking customer"
